Let’s take care of you.
Hello, I’m Tabitha
I help people improve their relationships, understand themselves with greater clarity and work through life’s difficulties.
I help people create freedom in how they think about themselves and how they communicate who they are and what they need.
Are you frustrated, disappointed or angry with the circumstances of your life? There is a way through the pain.
I work with:
-
Individual Adults
ages 18 and up
-
Adolescents
ages 12-17
-
Families
child-parent & siblings
-
Group Therapy
individuals with similar therapy goals
A Practical Approach:
I encourage and offer intentional ways to engage in the therapy process between sessions. Towards this end, we will develop a plan considerate of your near and long-term goals to reenforce concepts and track insights revealed in session. A practical approach to therapy guides you to a deep understanding of what you are experiencing and what you are learning about yourself so that you can practice, expand and even pass on these skills for the rest of your life. My goal is not to keep you a client in perpetuity but help you build skills to organize yourself and launch the life you want to live.
Getting Started:
Step 1: Free 15 minute Consultation
Schedule a 15 minute call so that I can learn about your needs and you can get a sense of me. 15 minutes goes by quickly but it is enough time to get idea if I am a good fit for you. And, if I’m not - no worries! I will provide referrals to colleagues that may be better suited for your specific needs. Use one of the following tools to schedule a consultation.

Step 2: Prepare for First Appointment
After your consultation call you will receive a link to your secure and HIPPA compliment client portal where you will fill out all the paperwork needed before the first session to include: policies, consent, payment and personal clinical information.
Depending on preferences selected in your client portal, you will receive an email or text reminder 24 hours prior to your first scheduled appointment.
Step 3: Your First Session
The first session is all about getting to know you. You will be guided in exploring your background, personal values and goals for therapy.
There is no obligation to continue therapy at this point and can stop at any time. If you decide to continue we will schedule the next session and begin building a plan to move you towards your goals and integrated wellness.
